Mr. Fateh has been currently practicing in international arbitration as expert in ad hoc proceedings mainly under the Rules of Swiss Arbitration Center. He has also acted in a number of cases as arbitrator (sole or co-arbitrator) ad hoc proceedings under the aforesaid Rules.
